IN NO EVENT SHALL HONOUR HEALTH BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 AUD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, warranty, term, or condition, right, or remedy implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Honour Health, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Your User Content
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if:
- You violate these Terms
- We are required to do so by law
- We decide to discontinue the Service

16. Severability
